Prominent Estate Attorney Suggests Mediation in Lieu of Litigation

3-26-13 Disputes0001  recent Wall Street Journal report by Robbie Shell made some interesting insights into settling estate disputes that really makes sense.  Instead of going right to litigation to solve these disputes, William Zabel, a prominent trust and estate lawyer, suggests mediation as a better option to resolve issues and in some cases may avoid litigation costs and prevents things dragging out for months.  Not to mention that it is likely to make these fights public.
